What to expect after consult payment
An active membership is required for prescriptions, lab ordering, secure clinical messaging, treatment planning, and follow-up/sick visits — and is offered after your consult.
Select & pay for your service
Choosing and paying for your consult reserves your place and initiates your medical evaluation. You'll then receive secure access to complete your intake forms and consent documents.

If you're using our lab panel, you'll receive instructions to complete it. If you're bringing your own labs, upload your recent results for review. Once labs are ready, Root + Revive will send you a secure link to book your appointment.

If membership is recommended, you'll receive an activation link through the Practice Better portal. There is no obligation to enroll in a membership.
