Booking is Simple
Root + Revive operates as a membership-based medical practice. Membership for ongoing care (prescriptions, labs, messaging, follow-up) is offered after your consultation and is not purchased at booking. An active membership is required for ongoing clinical care, including:
- Prescriptions
- Lab ordering
- Secure clinical messaging
- Treatment planning
- Follow ups and/or Sick Visits
What to expect after consult payment. . .
Root + Revive uses a two-step scheduling process to ensure your provider has the information needed to deliver thoughtful, evidence-guided care.
Step 1: Select and Pay for Your Service
You’ll begin by selecting the service that fits your needs and completing payment. This reserves your place in our clinical workflow.
Step 2: Complete or Upload Required Labs
Your appointment is scheduled after required labs are received and reviewed. This allows your provider to prepare and ensures your visit is meaningful and efficient.
Once labs are ready, Root + Revive will send you a secure link to book your appointment.
What to Expect After Your Consultation. . .
After your consultation, your provider will review your discussion, lab results, and overall clinical picture.'
Next Steps
If ongoing care is clinically appropriate, your provider will invite you to continue care through a Root + Revive membership.
If you choose to proceed, you’ll receive a secure link through your Practice Better portal to activate your membership and begin your treatment plan.
If ongoing care is not recommended, your provider will explain why and discuss alternative next steps or referrals as appropriate.
There is no obligation to enroll in a membership. The decision to continue care is always collaborative and based on what’s best for your health.
