Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Yes.
Your membership and all visit fees can be paid using HSA/FSA cards.

Your lab fees may also qualify depending on your plan.

Do you accept insurance?

No.
We are a direct-pay practice so we can keep pricing transparent and avoid inflated charges.

Patients may request a superbill to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What services are included in the same pricing model?

All services use the same simple structure:

  • Hormone Therapy (HRT)
  • Medical Weight Management
  • Primary Care Support/ Sick Visits

One pricing model.
Two lab options.
No confusion.

Are medications included?

Medications are not included in the visit fee. If a compounded medication is prescribed, payment is made directly through our practice prior to delivery so we can coordinate fulfillment with our partner pharmacy and offer wholesale pricing. Compounded medications are shipped directly to you.

For sick, urgent, or primary care visits, prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice for you to fill and pay for separately.

What happens after I pay for my initial visit?

After payment, you’ll receive secure access to our patient portal to complete your intake forms and required consent documents. You’ll also receive instructions to complete your required lab work if it has not already been completed.

Once your lab results are received and reviewed, our team will contact you to schedule your appointment. Your provider reviews your information and labs in advance so your visit can be focused, efficient, and clinically appropriate.

What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be cancelled without penalty.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule is permitted, and your original consultation fee will be applied to the rescheduled visit.

Missed appointments are non-refundable and require payment of a new consultation fee to schedule another visit.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.

What does the membership NOT include?

Your monthly membership includes messaging, follow-up visits, lab review, and discounted sick visits — but it does not include:

  • Medications (pharmacy pricing varies)
  • Lab fees
  • Third-party testing (DEXA, imaging, etc.)
  • Non-member visits for family members
  • Specialty consults outside our scope

Keeping these separate allows the membership fee to stay predictable and affordable.

What’s the difference between Option A and Option B?

Option A – Bring Your Own Labs:
You use recent labs (3–6 months) from your employer, primary care provider, or previous clinic. No lab fees through us.
Option B – Exclusive Biomarker Panel:
You get our 60+ marker Root Cause Longevity Panel for $200 wholesale pricing — something most clinics mark up to $350–$600.

Both options include the same membership benefits and the same level of care.

You can switch at any time — for example:

  • Bring your own labs now
  • Use our biomarker panel next year
  • Switch back again

Your membership stays the same.

Do unused visits roll over?

The membership is designed around two touchpoints per year, plus unlimited messaging and unlimited lab reviews.

LABS FAQ

Common Questions About Lab Work

We keep labs simple, practical, and flexible—no unnecessary testing, no surprise costs.

Can I use my own labs?

Yes. If you have recent labs from the last 12 months, you can upload them at no extra charge. We review them the same way. No need to repeat anything unless clinically necessary.

Can I use HSA/FSA for labs?

Yes — HSA/FSA cards can typically be used.

Why are your lab prices so low?

We partner with national lab networks to access wholesale pricing usually reserved for large clinic systems.
We pass these savings directly to our patients.

No markup. No surprises.

Do labs need to be fasting?

Only a few.

  • Lipid panel → usually fasting
  • Glucose/A1C → depends
  • Hormone labs → often do NOT require fasting

We’ll tell you exactly which ones matter.

How often are labs suggested?

This depends on your care plan:

  • HRT: usually every 3–6 months
  • Weight management: varies based on medications
  • Primary care: as needed
  • Preventive care: typically annual

We never over-test or run unnecessary panels.

Are labs included in the visit fee?

No.

Visits are kept affordable by separating lab costs. This way, you only pay for what you need and can choose the method that works best for you.

What if I only want one or two labs instead of the full biomarker panel?

For the initial evaluation, the full biomarker panel is required. This allows your provider to get a complete clinical picture and make safe, informed treatment decisions. After your initial consult, individual labs may be ordered as needed at wholesale pricing.

What are the clinical requirements for "Bring your own labs" ?

To ensure safe and appropriate care, lab results must meet the following clinical requirements:

  • Recent: Labs must be completed within the last 6–12 months (timeframe may vary based on symptoms and treatment type).
  • Verifiable: Labs must come from a licensed laboratory and include patient name, collection date, and reference ranges.
  • Clinically Relevant: Results must provide enough information for a provider to assess metabolic, hormonal, and overall health safely.

If uploaded labs do not meet these requirements, additional testing may be required before your visit can be scheduled. Any additional testing will be offered at wholesale pricing.

Simple foundations. Smart, modern care. Real outcomes — without unnecessary testing.

Billing & Refund FAQ

Payment initiates your medical evaluation. Appointments are scheduled after required forms and lab results are received and reviewed. Once services, lab processing, or medication fulfillment begin, fees may be non-refundable.

Why do I pay upfront for my visit, labs, and medications?

We collect payment in advance so care can begin promptly. This allows our providers to review your medical history, order labs, and prescribe treatment without delays.

What happens if the provider decides I’m not a good candidate?

If the provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate and no care is provided, your consultation fee will be refunded.

Can I get a refund if I miss or cancel my appointment?

Appointments that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered non-refundable, as provider time has already been reserved.

Are lab fees refundable?

Lab fees are refundable only if your blood work has not yet been completed. Once a specimen is collected or processed, the lab fee cannot be refunded.

Are medication fees refundable?

Medication fees are non-refundable once your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and fulfillment has begun. This includes compounded medications and controlled substances.

What if my medication shipment is delayed or lost?

All medications are shipped with tracking. Replacement may be offered for verified pharmacy or shipping carrier errors. Refunds are not issued once medications have shipped.
